The term "4mm Twin Core" is an industry cable size designation. It does NOT mean that each individual conductor has a 4mm² cross-sectional area.
The actual nominal conductor cross-sectional area is 1.84mm² per core.
If you require twin core cable with larger 4mm² conductors, you will need to select an appropriately sized larger cable, such as 6mm or 8 B&S twin core, checking its actual conductor specifications before purchasing.
